The camera was dropped from around 3 feet onto carpeted floor. Now the display say Lens error restart camera. The lens will not retract down. Front extension is cocked off center , so now it will not close.

@bb4xl you can try and follow the suggestions from here. Most likely you will have to replace the lens. Use this guide for that
