Lightbridge transmission is weak

I'm having trouble with my lightbridge transmission...it will constantly blank to black and have very low quality, almost like tracking on old VHS tapes. I have tried both auto (which is worse) and a manual select channel 20 works best.

I don't know what the issue could be...please help!
