Future Hndrxx , Turtle Beach Ear Force Stealth 500P not charging. The battery, cable/charger or charge port may be faulty damaged. Look in the charge port and blow/pick out(carefully) any dust/debri that may be causing an issue also look in the port for any bent pins and straighten very carefully with a tooth pick. Try a different compatible charger/cord to see if that is the issue. If different compatible charger/cord does not fix and port looks/test good, the battery or connection could be bad, if able to clean battery connections and reconnect/install battery, still not charging battery probably faulty. If port is found to be bad/loose/damaged , this is really not a repair for the inexperienced because the charge port for your device is soldered to the mother board and the heat generated could cause further damage if not very careful. I will post a link to a tear down guide to get you inside the tablet to check the charge port, connections and other components for damage/loose/etc. Good luck. Hey I have the exact same problem but I have a PX4 headset.i have tried a different charger but that didn’t seem to be the problem. I then took it to a aftermarket store and had them look at it unfortunately they couldn’t repair it bc they couldn’t find parts. They did point out to me that the pins were bent in the charging port. My question is how would I know where the pins go?
It could be because of how your port is in need of an angle with a charger. Angle your charger to try and get it to charge. Takes a while. VERY HARD

Try blow out any dust,get a different port/plug or cable. Motorola works./If not then just don't use the plug for 30mins and then use it. I dunno if it works because I haven't tried these things,bit of it works then yeah.

I have a TBS 600,Gen 2 wireless and that won't charge,so please suggest some ideas.

Same problem but stealth 600 I charged them and midway threw charging it stopped and this is brand new

My new turtle beach 700 2nd gen headset won’t charge. I could charge it for like 2 minutes and the the red light disappeared
