Digitizer ghosting every attached to LCD

I'm frustrated with the sony digitizer problem. Currently I'm replacing the sony Z3 compact and C4 touchscreen. Which makes me frustrated. Each touchscreen attaches to the lcd. Touchscreen is always ghost touch. And if it does not attached to the lcd, it goes well. then iam trying to bonding with loca and i hope loca is non conductive liquid that prevent grounding between printed conductive on digitzer and lcd.

but it same.. touchscreen goes crazy, and also there some dead spot. i have twice purchased digitizer on both device but it come with same problem.

Has anyone ever experienced it? What kind of solutions are needed? And is this just because the digitizer does have poor quality?
