I dropped my phone and touch screen now unresponsive

I dropped my phone but the glass is intact. however, my touch screen does not react at all! how do it fix it?

There are two possibilities you can try.

1. Replace the screen

2. Broken Touch IC or broken connections to the IC. (quite hard to fix and to measure)

And before you do this check if the connector of the touch screen did not jump off. But i don´t think that this happened.
