Is it still under warranty? Fitbit will probably just send you a new one at no cost. When my fiance's stopped reading her heartbeat, they shipped it quickly and didn't even ask for the old one back.

Thank-you. unfortunately, it was a present bought for me, i don't believe it had a warranty. Fitbit said I will have to purchase a new one.
Dang dude, well as far as I know, Fitbit doesn't do repairs. They only do replacements under warranty. And some searching has turned up that no one's got a repair kit yet. Is the screen just scratched, or is there something more seriously wrong with it?

I cannot get my blaze to charge , I have the clam shell charger that just the watch goes in and the kind that will charge with it in the fitbit watchband . I have cleaned the contact points on the watch. help
