Hi guys,
My iP6 has a weird problem. Its microphone is not working in speaker phone mode, facetime, video call but it works fine on Siri, voice recording and video recording.
I also replaced the microphone on the top (front camera, microphone, censor) and restore firmware but problem still there.
So if you guys have any ideas, please help. Thank you!

Hello
Look for any Bluetooth connection if there disconnects . And if possible try record memo in your iphone if is not working that mean you need to replace as well the speaker on the dock he can be damaged

Hi Sam,
Recording voice memos works fine here and recording video by selfie camera also works fine. I also disabled Bluetooth.
Only in speaker phone, Facetime and video calls, the microphone doesn't work.

I just brought my iPhone 6 Plus in to the Apple Store for the same problem. The microphone for the speaker phone is located at the horizontal slit at the top of the screen. He tried cleaning it with what looked like an erasure, but this was unsuccessful. I was then told that the entire screen needed to be replaced, which included this microphone at a cost of $149. This phone was a replacement phone, as my first iPhone 6 Plus developed problems with separation of the Touch Screen chips from the motherboard. Now Apple will replace the phone for $149 ( my son-in-law has that issue with his iPhone 6 Plus. The phone is only worth $149 or less if sold in working order.
Apple will not admit that they have design issues
