Laptop not able to start after cleaning up the fan and heat sink

Sir from last couple of days I had been facing fps drop problemwhile gaming and using other graphic intense software . After doing some research I found that it was because of laptop overheating . So I disassembled my laptop and cleaned the fan dirt and heat sink but when i assembled it again and tried to start the laptop it does not boot up . Help me asap
