Screen goes black after loading
After logging in to computer screen goes black. Have try many times to restart.

If you get the same black screen on the external monitor then it may be an operating system problem. I encountered a similar problem recently. The operating system failed to load the user interface (black screen), did not display on external monitor. I opened Task Manager and it opened and allowed the user to back up his data. The operating system still had to be reinstalled and configured. This may not apply to similar problems but it is worth trying.
