My battery runs out when is in sleep mode

I'm connected to the MagSafe with 100% of charge. I can disconnect the Mac and is all good. The problem is when I close the lid so when I go again to check the battery level, the Mac has a decent decrease of the battery charge level. When I turn off the Mac the level of the battery decrease in a slow way, but still doing it.

Hmm.... There are a number of things that could be wrong here. The battery could be defective, and thus your computer is acting up. Or perhaps you overcharged it at some point? Or did somehting else to strain the battery? It's a bit of a dificult procedure, but you could try to replace the battery with this guide. Or, you could take it in to your nearest Apple store. It will likely cost you, unless they can preform a simple (but otherwise unknown) fix on-site. If you're willing to try, you can make a Genius Bar reservation here. Finally, if you'd rather look for a third option, or just learn a bit about your battery, see Apple's page here.

Hope this helps!

Mayer's suggestion on checking the battery is good. Also, Apple stores will run their tests and do diagnosis for free...you don't have to have them do the repair.
