My Blackberry priv screen broke, but it is still usable and the touch still works. I saw on ebay a kit for about 15 dollars with a few tools etc. Is that a replacement screen and is it easy to replace?

Ok well if just the glass is broke your going to have a hard time removing it from the lcd on your own without the proper equipment . I found the lcd with the glass and slider already on it but its really pricey and not the easiest to fix. If your brave enough though it could be done.
