Apps cannot be installed nor deleted after screen replacement+issues

Hi, so I tried replacing the digitizer and some of the usual issues occurred along with some that are quite rare :

1 ~ The old problem of power button not working if applying a short press while it still works if you press longer in order to power on/off the iPad.

2~Apps wiggle when you touch and hold ,the delete bubble is there but then you can't delete the app nor install it using the IPad,but it still works if you install via iTunes,it bothers in case you are interested in apps directly through Safari .

3~Even if the iPad is turned the LCD is black nonetheless (A common issue which can be solved by connecting to iTunes and activating VoiceOver and Inverting Colors from there .

4~~Home button not working .

These problems are common for IPad mini(3,4) ,and I think they are related to the cables of the home button not being placed appropriately ,since when I sometimes touch those flex cables some of these problems are solved like temporarily but then come back.

Can someone give me some instructions to solve especially the broblems ~1 ~2 .

Thank you !

The no short press power button issue is usually a parts issue---where did you get your screen?

From amazon with a pre-installed home button (not the original)

Amazon/eBay parts are the worst available. Buy from a better vendor, like iFixit, and see if these problems resolve. They all seem related to home button flex soldering on the screen itself.

It worked fine the first time but then I had problems with the adhesive not sticking well so I had to redo the repairing .

then you have likely creased the flex. don't ever use the pre-installed crap adhesive from these crap screens. Use Tesa Tape--available from iFixit. Trash that screen, get a good screen, get good adhesive and you can fix this.

Thanks for the advice !

As for 1~ And 3~ in iOS 10 go to settings>display and brightness and turn lock/unlock Off and On .be careful to first connect your iPad to iTunes and turn voiceover and And invert colors from (configure accessibility).

2~ is solved automatically if the above are solved (I hope) ,it happened to me.

3~is probably because of a damage received by flex cables.
