Looks like the phone is having issues reading the system firmware.

There are two things you can do.

If it is stuck on the white animated flashing Samsung logo you can try doing a wipe data / factory reset in recovery mode to get it working.

Note that you will lose all data stored in the phone if you wipe it.

Sometimes it's just the firmware corrupt meaning it only needs to be reflashed via Odin instead of needing an factory reset.

Quick tips, make sure phone is off and hold following buttons for:

- Volume up + home + power for recovery mode.

- Volume down + home + power for Odin download mode.

In the recovery menu you can note down the CSC code and firmware number at the top left so that you can choose matching region firmware for your phone for best compatibility when searching for the firmware.

Definitely make sure that model number matches the phone model number printed on the label in the battery compartment.
