lenovo yoga tab 3 10.1 not opening and charging

At first my tab wont continue to open it was stock at "lenovo logo" i tried to do trouble shooting (power+volume up) to turn it off i also tried to reboot but still nothing happens still it stays at lenovo logo. i tried to completely drain the battery by letting the screen on but after that i tried to charge it, it doesn't charge any more.
