The galaxy S5 microphone (the one you speak into while on a call) is part of the chargeport daughterboard. The charge port daughter board needs to match your phone's carrier (i.e. Sprint, Verizon, or AT&T.)
Here is a guide on it. However, I have to warn you, getting the LCD off is incredibly difficult and may cost more damage.
