When using my phone it has to be on speaker in order for me to hear
My fun only works on speaker. The person can hear me when I'm talking but can't hear them

This most likely do to the headphone jack having dirt or lint in it. It causing the phone to think that headphones are plugged in. try to blow it out or use a small swap to clean with alcohol.
