XBOX ONE S missing component Q5C4

Anybody can help me get the number on the component Q5C4 (mine is blown out, don't know why) I think it says G21 o G22, I'm not sure. Here is a pic of the component number I need, it's the one in the red circle.

Hopefully someone can help me.
