i turn it on and it displays the black screen the acer in green writing and then goes black then goes back the black screen with black background and never loads

Are there any devices or media that was connected to it? like thumb drives or SD card / disk? remove those first and check?
try accessing into your Laptop BIOS and check if your hard drive is detected,
if the hard drive is detected, proceed to do a HDD diagnostic test, as I suspect your hard drive might be failing, also it could be due to corrupted OS, what operating system are you using?
Any changes to OS / updates recently?

hi @salmonjapan no there are no devises or anything connected to it apart from the charger
I cant access the laptop BIOS I tried bit was unsuccessful

hi i have acer 10 (tablet with laptop) pressed with F2 & F10 still has white cursor last 48 hours, please advise and Im not calling support for another 2.5 hours then they say do reset and hang up:(
No screen
no power now
no rear camera was initial reason for calling horrid acer for customer service in the first place, they had me do a factory reset and now its worse! please help!!

If there is a micro SD card to SD card adapter attached remove it.
