Why is sound not coming through my headphones
I plug in my headphones and the sound still comes out of the speaker

Guineapiglover most likely a stuck switch inside the headphone jack. You can try to insert and remove the headphones a couple of times in quick succession. If that should not work you may have to replace the jack. it is soldered to the motherboard and will require some good skill and decent tools.
