Mark Zellous appears to be a protection circuitry that prevents your controller from powering up. You will have to open it up and take a look at the power supply. Check the MOSFETS and capacitors for obvious damage. There is not a whole lot of information about your device out there so we will have to go by trial and error to help you with that.
Depending on the age of the controller and where you purchased it from, you do need to check for any warranty etc.

i use gotv adaptor to power my numark mixdeck quad and it keep oning and off what can i do
@sunshinesai8393 tell us more about what this adapter is. What voltages does it deliver? What have you checked?

Have you checked to make sure your USB port isn't loose and possibly causing the short. I repair these type of units and I see the USB ports go bad on these or sometimes there might be a bad cap or something short circuiting in the power line.
