Sim card slot spoil, where can I get the spare parts

I accidentally put my micro sd card into sim card slot and not the sim card slot spoil, it cant read any sim card.

Al Bla, I do not see anything that would help with the hardware on the link you provided. It is a great resource for the settings, but not the hardware.

can the Sim card slot replaced easily?

how do the service man open the tablet? there is no screws so is it good to repair?

will it make the screen bad this way?
