Just bought the rca 10 viking pro tablet. I changed he so sleep settings to never sleep. But it sleeps every 10 seconds of inactivity. I've tried every setting still no change. Can not figure out how to stop it from going to sleep

Hmm. That's definitely odd that a sleep setting would not work. Try finding an app that forces the screen to stay on. Like an app that intentionally runs in the background and keeps the tablet on. That might be the quickest way to solve your problem. Something like this:

If you do not have anything important on the tablet, you can always try resetting to factory defaults and seeing if your sleep settings will work after that. Good luck.

i had the same problem. i factory reset it, did not load apps from other device, and boom! it stays awake now. the sleep timer is in an app that has been downloaded. Which app? Who knows. Start with the cleaner app. I found it easier to just factory reset.
