Why printer gets stuck trying to print pdf file

Check whether the issue is with the printer or the PDF document. However, many times it has been seen that files are secured with protection due to which it can't be printed. Therefore, if the file is secured then you have to remove print restrictions from it first. For this you can use SysTools PDF Unlocker Tool, it is a simple application which allows you to print secured PDF easily.

I guess it's because of the pdf file, it might be secured. You can try to use a platform for editing pdf documents like https://pdfliner.com/ to edit it and save it again, and maybe it will work. I've never used a pdf unlocker tool before, so I don't know much about that, but you can try to use one if you can find them for free online. Another way would be to save it in another format, like jpg, and save it as a picture, but if you have many pages, this will take a while, so consider pdf liner as a quicker option.
