my phone will press buttons, open and close apps, pull down the menu, ect. without me even touching it. it doesn't matter how many times i clean my screen and reset my phone, it keeps happening, this started almost out of no where. what's wrong with it?

It sounds like "ghost touches". The digitizer, which picks up electrical pulses from your finger is likely shorting out and creating false touches. Has there been any physical or liquid damage to the phone? Sometimes the digitizer is simply defective, but this is more common from damage or a poorly done screen replacement.
