Polaroid Snap Touch won’t print from iPhone app

I've had the same problem. I saw this reply this afternoon and have followed the instructions but am still having problem! If anyone knows what to do please please let me know!

Charisma is on the right path with updating the firmware but Polaroid's website doesn't have the current update compared to updating through the app itself as far as I see. (1.2v vs 2.1). Still doesn't solve the issue, and others as well. Reading the reviews for the Polaroid's app, people have edited their reviews as many have had the same issues and it could be both the camera's firmware and your phone as well since Polaroid did state they were processing the app for the new iOS 11. I was running iOS 10 with the app and after both updates I have found the solution to my own issue and hopefully for you as well.

Hi! I’ve had the same problem and they told me that there is a bug with the app for the iPhone and they still hasn’t fixed. That’s crazy...

Hey. I have this problem also. But it works with android. And what i found on meetpolaroid.com: Please note: As the Snap Touch app is being retooled for iOS 11, some functions will be of limited use until late December 2017, when the entire app will be redesigned for the new iOS 11 feature set.

I have the snap touch 1.0 camera with the power icon on the pop-up flash button. I think it's the first one. I have never needed to update the firmware. BUT It's been having trouble printing. I got an "[ERR] scale fail" message when trying to print the last picture I took. The older pictures print. I tried to update the firmware, but found confusing directions on the Polaroid website that were different than the directions in the text file in the firmware zip file I downloaded. Neither worked. I tried updating the firmware form the SnapTouch App. I could get as far as "Download", and then "Sync" within the app, then nothing. App buttons stopped working. My phone is using iOS 11.2.6. I found this post, followed the steps, and installing the latest firmware worked! BUT now my snap touch camera won't connect to my phone. Says the device isn't supported. I still get the print error code. :(

when I try to print a picture from the iPhone on the Snap Touch v.1 the app give me the error "Polaroid print app: Printer is Busy".

Camera firmare version: 1.00.30.02

iphone os: 11.3.1 (i was not able to print even on a previous os firmware release)

I've updated the firmware both from the camera than by SD Card.

The camera print any picture available on the Sd Card but nothing sent by the iphone.

Any idea to find a solution to this?

Hi, I´m having the same problem. And now I can´t even connect my camera with iphone neither android bluetooth.

Also I can´t update de firmware.

Any solutions?

I hate Polaroid. They don’t try to solve this problem with the app.

In Korea, so many users request answer at app store in English and Korean. but They don’t give us any answer or update.

I can’t use Snap touch as a printer any more. Furthermore, It isn’t even connected with computer. So I can’t download firmware to it.

I never forget their irresponsible service for their old users and won’t purchase Polaroid’s products forever.

If there is someone solved the problem, please help us… I really want to use it like I used to. ㅠ_ㅠ
