I need to get my contacts off my 551, but I can't see anything in order to bluetooth or other method to copy them to new phone, how can I fix the backlight to see what I am doing?

@tootsies sounds like your phone has a bad display. You'd have to fix that in order to gain access to your menus etc. On the other hand this could be a display issue other than the actual hardware. Read through this and see if that will help you.
