Photosmart printer introduced in 2009. This printer uses a 4 color printhead that is designed to be removed by the end user. This printer is compatible with current and previous generation cartridges. Uses HP 564 series ink cartridges.

Ink cartridges are full, but no ink, black or color, is printing on the paper.

Why my printer want print? But a message pop up not compatible. All 564 ink is new..plus want let me go to the homepage.
