How do I get my iPod touch 2g out of panic mode?
I was playing a game on my iPod and it turned off and went into this sort of Panic Mode with lots of numbers and letters

Have you tried to reset it?
1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top of the unit until a red slider appears
2. Drag the slider.
3. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
If the soft reset doesn’t work, try a hard reset:
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for about ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that is unsuccessful try to restore it with iTunes. Just remember that this will delete all your data.
