Got a huge problem with camera flashlight brightness!

My phone really got a huge problem here. I cannot open camera. Everytimes it always stop working and cannot open with third party app too. And for flashlinght i also cannot use too it. It always said flashlight is being used by camera. And for brightness I cannot adjust them anymore. I used all method i found on internet but none of them would work like restart, clear cache, reset all fuction.... Please i really need help right now.
