Lg lfx31945st 06 er rf

On my LG lfx31925st 06 was getting a ER RF error code. The fans came on after I hit reset button.I replaced the PCB board. The fans came on but fridge never got cold and the freezer(which was cold) warmed up. Is there some kind of start up procedure with this board ?
