when I plug the charger out turns instantly off
I have the same problem. I can turn them on while charging but then when I plug the charger out , the headset turns instantly off.Pls help

@mariospal that indicates a bad battery. Replace the battery, using this guide Turtle Beach Ear Force Stealth 500P Battery Replacement then re-evaluate.
