power button is on but its not reaponding and have no screen.h
ive removed battery an power supply but still its not got anything on the screen but power button is lit

Can you hear the fan operating or "feel' the air coming out of the air vent when you turn the laptop on?
Shine a torch at an angle close to the screen when the laptop is 'on' and see if you can detect an image at all. It will be very faint so try this in a darkened room to make it easier to see if it is there or not.
Not quite sure what you meant but try disconnecting the power and removing the battery and then holding the laptop's power button for 30 seconds to dissipate any residual power in the laptop. Reconnect the power (do not insert the battery at this stage) and see if it turns on OK.
If it does allow it to boot all the way to the Windows desktop, then shutdown in the normal manner. Switch off the power and reinsert the battery, reconnect the power and then turn on the laptop and see how it goes

ive done what you suggested I can hear the fan then it goes off.I havent put the battery back in yet but still a black screen

Connect an external monitor to the vga port and see if there is a display showing on it.
With the laptop switched off and then power and battery pack removed, reseat the memory module in the laptop. i.e. remove and reinsert the module. It is in a compartment on the underside of the laptop. Here a video that shows how, reconnect the power and switch on and see what happens
Has the laptop been dropped or gotten wet at all?
