I'm facing this problem. Your PC ran into problem we're collecting some info and will restart it whenever I touch my laptop since last 3 days. I renewed window (installed window 10). But still the same problem. Is it a hardware problem? Should I go to repair?

I went to Acer shop. They fix the problem saying that its hard drive was loose. Tighten the drive's nuts. Now working well.

Did you format the drive completely?

My first thought is a bad or corrupted driver. Can you get it to come up in Safe Mode? Also, when you say "touch", do you mean simply touching/moving the laptop, or actually pressing keys/buttons? If it's the former, it may be an electrical short. Uncommon, but I've seen it happen...
