The sound coming from my JBL in slow speed
When I connect the speaker to my system the sound is at 1/2 speed both from iTunes or videos. If I turn off the speaker the system plays at correct speed!
Is there a way to fix this ?

What is the make and model number of the laptop?
What OS is installed in the laptop?

It appears to be intermittent something wrong with how they are communicating
no issues with the i phone on spotify

Hi @jsab ,
Have you checked that you have the laptop's BT adapter manufacturer's drivers particular to your OS installed in lieu the 'generic' Apple Mac BT drivers for your adapter?
I don't know about Apple Mac but have run into BT problems in Win OS where the 'generic' Windows drivers for the BT adapter were installed in lieu of the BT adapter manufacturer's drivers.
If you don't know how to find out perhaps @danj may be kind enough to offer assistance.
