How to replace jbl onbeat xtreme spekers

I have JBL OnBeat Xtreme Bluetooth speaker.

My speaker sound is getting bad. I want to replace the speaker or (repair). But, I dont know how to open the speaker so I can put a new speaker unit in.

Please help me, if you can, Thank You
