Fan speed after hard drive REPLACEMENT
Replaced HDD and now fans run all the time.
I remember a SW fix mentioned here and a HW fix.
Can someone point me to the HW sensor fix? Where may I find it?

Hi. I'm having the same issue after replacing my HDD and adding an SDD. Would I need one of these cables for each drive? Thanks.

The OWC cable replaces the sensor in the Apple HD drive.
If you are adding an SSD using this guide: Installing iMac Intel 27" EMC 2429 Dual Drive Kit (HDD or SSD) you won't need it for the SSD drive only the HD.
