Why the cellular signal suddenly does not receive it and sometimes yes

my xperia z1 fails to receive from my service provider, sometimes it receives the signal 3g or 4g signal without problems and sometimes it loses service, as it does not have sim card, but the sim card has no problem putting it in another terminal. thanks
