Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement display nit for the new pixel book? 2017?

Has the display been physically damaged (e.g. laptop dropped or screen cracked) or the laptop gotten wet at all?

If NOT then as the laptop is relatively new consult the manufacturer's warranty statement regarding a manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement.
