Why do I get only rotating cogs on my screen followed by a sad emoji?
As above: rotating cogs, then sad emoji, then blank screen.

Hi!
There might be an issue with the firmware of your phone. To get rid of this, you need to re-flash the firmware to your phone using this utility from Microsoft. There are exact instructions on how to use it on their website. Please note that re-flashing the firmware will wipe your phone's internal memory (but not SD cards).
