How do I answer this phone?
My phone rang and I did not know how to answer it.

Phone rings, the phone will open a different window that displays a Green icon, to answer, and Red icon, to decline call, screen. You need put your finger on the green icon and slide it towards the opposite direction.

sort of....hold the dot in middle of the screen when phone rings until the green icon appears and slide in opposite direction.......%#*@. Could of made it a lot easier!
Tried your suggested answer method. No joy ,unless the caller is on my list of contacts, then I can answer with the bar at the top of the screen which has Answer or Decline choices. Most times I have to find out who called ,under Missed calls ,then call them back.

There is no green icon to answer the phone. Did I accidentally do something that there is no green icon appeared in my phone as someone calls in. I can hear the ring tone, but there is no green icon to answer. Please advice.
