Samsung S860 wont come on and lens wont extend?
My camera wont turn on and the green light at the back flashes when I hold the on button. never had this issue before please advise what to do

I don't know the exact answer but you could try checking the batteries.
Another is take out the batteries and then press"On" button for 15 seconds or more.
Put in know good batteries and see if works.
This is generally the first step for troubleshooting anything electronic.

Does the lense retract when you remove the batteries?

Hi Mike, I have brand new batteries and the lens came out and the screen lite up and then went out and now nothing works its stuck-but the green indicator light blinks when I press the on / Power button. I am stumped. This camera has been very efficient in the past, something has gone bannanas Can you suggest another tactic other than Junk it?
