Phone rings. Does not light up to answer

I wonder if it's sonmething in your notification settings. Or call settings. It worth a shot to check if you haven't already. I know my phone has an option about if I want my screen to come on if I'm getting a notification, but than again your phone should show the sreen once you hit the power button once if it's of. Have you tried doing that while the phones ringing ? To see if at least it does at least light up. Another thing you can do which usually fixes everything is while your phones in safe mode go to your phones storage settings and clear the cache. Once you do this you'll have to sign back in to your apps like Instagram and stuff. But it does fix the most random things
