Mac powered off randomly and wont turn on?

So about a week ago my 2016 Macbook Pro (with touchbar) had wine spilled all over it and I was unaware of it for a few hours. It spilled on the outside and not the inside. It's been cleaned thoroughly with 99% isopropyl alcohol since that accident and has been powered on and running smoothly for a few days. Now today I was using my laptop very minimally and it randomly shut off for a few hours. I've tried the Shift option command combination when rebooting and nothing will turn it back on. its not showing any signs of life or anything.
