Rigid frame going through the fabric

I have a Vaudeville backpack and the rigid frames went through the fabric at the bottom of the backpack. I don’t know if it is possible to fix it as it is quite uncomfortable to walk feeling the metallic bars in my lower back. Thanks. Daphne
