Can I upgrade my phone storage using nand?
I am from the Philippines and I have a 16gb iphone 6s plus, i want to know on where or how can I upgrade 16gb to 256 or 128 gb ? where can i buy that nand chip?

You can't upgrade Nand unless you remove your old Chip, reprogram the new one with old chip data and solder it back successfully. That needs top level skills in microsoldering and related tasks. If you really want such job to be done you have to find a very good professional and take into account a pretty important investment, it's not an easy job.

To add to this it would be cheaper buying a used 6s Plus with more storage and selling yours. Or, just replacing the logic board with one that has more storage.
Consider using iCloud or other cloud storage solution, or, using an external storage unit to lessen the need
