My 2009 Toyota Camry LE whines when driving. Whine starts at 40mph, loud at 45mph, continues up to 60mph.

'''++Deborah DiDomenico++''' check your tires. Some brands/treads are notorious for weird road noises. Also, get your cars OBD scanned and see if it pops a code for something. Not every code will turn the service engine light on. It is possible that this could even be a transmission issue. So check your tranny fluids, belts etc. as well
