Phone Wont Turn On, Flashlight is blinking when pluged in

i dont know what happen . but when i tried to turn on my phone it wont... i tried to charge it but the screen doesnt turn on to show the battery indicator .

but then i releaise the flashlight is blingking , i think its blingking 5 times...
