@mechanikat iFixit does not have guides for your model yet. Luckily, Dell added the replacement procedure to their owners manual. Download it form here Page 47 will show you how to replace the display assembly.
When you do the repair, create a guide https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/new and post it for anyone else that may need to replace the display in the future :-)

Thank you so much for your help oldturkey03, I apologize for not thanking you sooner! I was able to replace 3 of our laptop screens :)
