Start up reloading and not working

Whenever I try to start up my Mac it loads about 2/3s of the way on the gray screen with the apple logo, then it stops and restarts. I haven’t been able to start it up yet. I’ve tried doing recovery mode, safe mode, it won’t even open those. Even trying to reset the NVRAM with command option P+R and it hasn’t worked. Any help? Thanks!
