Outback Subaru, hard acceleration and tight brakes

So when I first start driving the car, it starts off pretty well, but after about 15 minutes worth of driving my brakes start to feel tighter and it gets harder for my car to accelerate. It usually gets hard to get past 30 mph. It also gets harder for my car to crawl the longer I drive it, to the point where after stopping at a red light, I don’t even need to hold the brakes for the car to remain still.

Jack up the car , block the wheels so it doesn't move and put the car in neutral then see if you can turn the wheels . It sounds like you have a seized brake caliper .The wheel that wont move is the one with the seized caliper do you notice a hot smell around the wheels.

Check break fluid lvl. Check breaks and rotors. Replace in pairs as needed. Pairs are front driver passenger. Pairs are back driver and passenger. When dealing with suspension or drive tarrain you always do it in pairs. Check e break as well a e-break can get stuck if not functioning correctly.
